Writer Guest of Honor Steven Barnes

Steven Barnes is a man of unique personal power and intensity; meeting him is an experience you will not soon forget. Although he is best known for his collaborations with Larry Niven and Jerry Pournelle, including Dream Park and The Legacy of Heorot, he is also an accomplished solo author; his credits include the novels Streetlethal and The Kundalini Equation, the Hugo-nominated short story "The Locusts," and several teleplays. He is also an accomplished martial artist and author of numerous articles in martial arts magazines. His latest novel, Blood Brothers, was published in 1996; two more are forthcoming from Tor in 1997 and 1998.
