OryCon 21 will be held November 11-14, 1999 at the Doubletree Portland Columbia River hotel (same hotel as the last dozen years) in Portland.

The dealers room is Sold out, dealers where picked by lottery, there
are five dealers on the waiting list.
Programming has asked for new items to put on the questionnaire. Be
original , forward suggestions to programming for new programming items!
We are looking for children's programming as well.
Budgets request for departments should be worked up for the next
meeting. Remember the membership has been frozen, incoming money
is not increasing. Please keep your budgets similar to last years.
OryCon 20 purchased a new carpet for hospitality.
Artshow letters are going out soon.
Committee rate is $20 until October, all committee members must buy a
membership.
