A PDB file is a database file for the Palm handheld organizer (also Handspring, Clie, etc.). You will need a database program of some kind, such as JFile, to read it. You can download a demo version of JFile for free; it is fully functional except that it can have only one database.

To download the PDB file to your Palm:

  1. Save the orycon24.pdb file (above) to a folder on your desktop computer.
  2. Start the Palm Install Tool (on my Windows 2000 machine, it's Start / Programs / Palm Desktop / Install Tool).
  3. Press Add, select the orycon24.pdb file, press Done.
  4. Synchronize your Palm.

These files provide the OryCon program database and gaming schedule in PalmOS Memo Pad format, which allows cut-and-paste for power users as well as easy viewing for novice Palm (Handspring, Clie, etc.) users.

To download either MPA file to your Palm:

  1. Save the MPA file (above) to a folder on your desktop computer.
  2. Open Palm Desktop.
  3. Select Memo.
  4. Click on the Category spin box and select the category you want the schedule imported into.
  5. On the menu bar at the top, select File then Import.
  6. Find the MPA file you just downloaded and click on Import.
  7. Synchronize your Palm.
You now have an editable series of daily schedules in your Memo Pad.

These files provide the OryCon program database and gaming schedule in Microsoft Word version 6 DOC format, which can easily be converted to Pocket Word for PocketPC users. Each ZIP file contains three daily schedules. To use the DOC files to your PocketPC, extract the files from the ZIP to a folder on your desktop computer, then use your standard mechanism to transfer the Word documents to your PocketPC.

The DOC files were provided by John Bartley.

CSV File

To download the CSV file (36k), right-click here and select "Save Link As..." or "Save As..."

This file was last updated: Tue Nov 19 23:16:22 2002

This is a text file with the same information as the PDB file, in the form of Comma-Separated Values (one record per line, with fields delimited by commas). This form can be imported by many databases and spreadsheets. Use this file if you want to put the program database on a handheld device (or any other computer) that doesn't understand PDB files.

The CSV file was provided by David D. Levine.
