If you want the con rate for hotels ($113/night) then you need to make your reservations by Nov 7.

Now, for anyone wishing to cancel their reservation after November 7 and before November 17, we ask that you first contact said Hotel Liaison to see if we can reallocate (transfer) the room to another procrastinating member. Otherwise we lose the benefit of the discounted rate. The hotel has a 24-hour notice requirement for cancellations or they charge the guest anyway, so anyone wishing to cancel their reservation after the 17th may, if they like, email Arthur, but if they don't have a confirmed response by about 36 hours out from their check-in that they should then call and cancel directly with the hotel.
