Advertising rates have been set for the souvenir book. They are

Deadline for Ad Submissions is 15 October 2008.
Electronic submission is best. Ready-to-go TIFFs are preferred, though we can work with JPEGs of sufficient resolution (150dpi or better). We will accept most common file formats, but the less work we'll have to do to convert your ad for use, the more likely it will appear as you expect.

One of the goals this year has been to improve upon the tiny, difficult-to-view room maps we've been using. Thanks to Sam Butler, here's a 5 page PDF with maps that should be a vast improvement over last year's.
