This year we have decided to open up the "Playing" field to include any costume for the Barbie contest. If you can imagine it, Barbie can work it. Steampunk Barbie, Klingon Barbie, Reptile Barbie??? How about a Zombie Barbie? All the world's a stage and Barbie is just a mere player.

There will be two prizes awarded.

Judge's Choice - Guest Judge will select one Barbie to win the fabulous prize of the (TBD) together with a one-year free membership to the GPACG.

Fan Favorite Award - This award will based on the audience votes. Ballots will be handed out during the party. One vote per guest. Winner will receive (TBD) and a one-year free membership to the GPACG.

RULES

1. One entry per person. Use this entry form.
2. You must have an OryCon 31 badge number to enter the competition. Anyone who is a member of the convention, including concom members, with the exception of the Barbie Contest organizer and judges, may enter.
3. You may use any doll up to 15" in height.
4. Materials and techniques are entirely up to you. However, no messy or perishable substances allowed (Example: peanut butter).
5. No store bought Barbie clothing allowed.
6. There will also be a "non-compete" that anyone may enter.
7. You can pre-register by sending your entry or contacting Theresa Costanzo Entries that have not pre-registered may or may not be accepted depending on available space.
8. Please provide a stand or display apparatus of some sort to display your Barbie. You will have the opportunity to tell the judge about your creation & any special materials and/or techniques you used.
9. Please deliver your entry to the Party Room (TBD by Programming) by 7:00 p.m. Friday evening.
10. Entries will be displayed during the GPACG Friday Night Party. Winners to be announced sometime during the party; time to be determined. In addition to the Judge's Choice award, there will be a Fan Favorite Award based on audience votes. Ballots will be handed out at the party. One vote per guest.
11. Additionally, winners will be announced during the Masquerade on Saturday night, and winning entries will be displayed for the rest of the Con at the GPACG table. (Pick-up time to be arranged.)
