Artist Check-in 8:00pm - 11:00pm
FRIDAY
Main Artist Check-in 9:00am - 1:00pm
Open to Membership 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Artist's Reception 8:30pm - 10:00pm
SATURDAY
Open to Membership 10:00am - 8:00pm
SUNDAY
Open to Membership 9:00am - 11:00am
Close-out for Auction 11:00am - 12:00pm
Auction 12:00pm - 2:00pm
Pick-up art/Tear-down 30 minutes after auction ends - 5:00pm
Artists may begin checking-out at 11:00am.
